I emailed Harrington Plumbing an urgent request at night. Lindsay replied my email very early in the morning. Matt and Corey went to my cottage. They are very professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it right away. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing service!

Sept 2019 - Water Treatment/Filtration System .Once again, I received excellent A+++ service from Nathan, Matt and Paul.Great company, I had my water treatment system totally replaced and now our water quality is better than it has ever been.These guys are the best on the Peninsula, professional, knowledgeable and honest.Sept 2018 - Well, Pump and Pressure Tank.Nathan and Matt were excellent at helping me resolve my water and well issues. The Harrington team is absolutely first-rate on every level. Nathan persevered until our water was no longer brown and was drinkable from the tap. His team is friendly and they work hard. My dogs loved them and they loved my dogs. And we've never had to wait too long for service. The Bruce is lucky to have them and I highly recommend!

We had the plumbing in our whole house completely upgraded by Harrington Plumbing.We also had a water treatment system installed as well.The plumbers were exceptionally good and very friendly and professional. We are very fortunate to have Harrington Plumbing open and close our cottage each year. They do an excellent job, very Professional and courteous. They also installed our UV water system and repaired our shower. They have really made our overall cottage experience seamless and very much appreciate all they do for us.

Avoid this company. Plumber arrived in a foul mood. I was holding my dogs and ready to put them inside but he charged onto the property, causing them to bark and then he became belligerent. When I asked him to take a different tone he just turned around and left. I called the office and they refused to call me back. Instead I got an email telling me that their employee had never had a complaint and was very valuable so whatever happened must be my fault. I suspect customers are easy come, easy go in this climate but employees, no matter how miserable, are precious. Sign of the times. But if you have a choice, avoid this one.
