Midco

Customer service is good if you can ever talk to someone when there is a problem. Been on hold 3 separate times today for anywhere from .5 hours to 1.5 hours. My service was fine until I canceled my cable and just have internet. Now it has failed three times in two weeks. Never had a problem in years now it's spotty? How about that....

I called Midco with questions related to my internet, and ultimately tv, service; I was ridiculed, I was insulted, I was talked down to, and I never received any answers to the questions I called about. When I initially spoke with a man named Russ I was laughed at and when I asked a question at one point he said to me in a VERY condescending tone, I think we're going around in circles here

Stopped my services early and was told over the phone my bills would be $43.56 and I drop my modem off only to find they’re charging me $61. Thankful to be done with Midco. For 1 gig with our new internet it’s $65/mo and it’s never going to go up. Way less issues as well.

Note: For internet services onlyTho not the cheapest internet around, but I usually get faster internet than I am supposed to. I have the 100 mb download and usually am able to get around 107. I have never had any problems with my internet beyond once in a blue moon reboot to the modem I rent from them.

Best Cable Internet provider in the area! If you want speed and great service Midoco is the only choice. Tech support is knowledgeable and to the point. Customer Service and Sales both where able to answer all my questions and where friendly and polite. I have never had issues with slow internet or my cable going out.

Continuously interrupted service. Haven't received a full day of connection in the year we had service. Internet goes out for hours and tech support blames our route, so we buy the router they recommend, and still no connection. Terrible customer service, unresponsive and unprofessional.

I had Midco in 2013 it was the best internet i ever had, sadly along the way i messed up lost my job at the time and unfortunately the bill got away from me, it ended up being 300$ and at the time i was jobless, One of their crew came to pickup their boxes and said it would reflect greatly on my bill come midnight, sadly that never happened, now they claim they never got the boxes and now i owe 1,000$ due to the lady never filing that i gave the boxes back. I have tried for 5 years to get this resolved to no avail, now i'm stuck with the worst internet EVER Centurylink 7MBPS which is terribly slow and i can't get anything else. I wish Midco would work with me i have returned the boxes over 5 years ago but they won't give me the time of day. They want me to give them 1000 dollars.

Worst experience ever. Was on the phone with a customer service representative who didn't feel like helping me so she placed me on hold and transfered me somewhere. I've now been on hold for 28 minutes. Reason for my call: was ONE day late (my fault) and my bill INCREASED by $53. Absolutely unacceptable and will be searching for a new provider.

Didn't get service because my modem is not compatible with their system. It's less than 6 months old! I'm not going to pay a modem rental fee if I already own a perfectly good one! Get your system up with the times of the rest of the world! You just lost a customer because of this.

worst internet connection and speed i have ever seen.i can’t even complete my school work without it dropping ever 15 minutes. Midco is a very unreliable internet supplier choose something else. I’ve had to run my computer off of my phones hot spot for 4 hours do to Midco being so unreliable and trash.
