Awful service, only go here because DQ is a classic restaurant but the manger is rude and will argue with you if you take anything back, not worth $2 let alone $6

This is the most mismanaged Dairy Queen I've ever been to. The owner is rude and none of the staff is fluent enough in English to properly understand what you're ordering, even if it's written on the wall behind them.I've been there 3 times and every time has been the same. My order was entered incorrectly, I was charged the wrong amount and the owner ignored me while I was trying to place my order.Dairy Queen corporate should consider changing the management at this location.

Not sure which was worse: the microwaved burger, not getting one of the food items I paid for, or the awful service by the owner. Been there a few times, NEVER had a good experience. Watched the burger I ordered be taken out of the microwave, and had it thrown on the tray. Then, didn’t give me one of the items I ordered and paid for, tried to ignore me when I was trying to get their attention, and then told me I never ordered it. Again, this is AFTER I paid for it. Just go to the Westgate Social; a burger and fries is not only cheaper, but way better.I hope the dq customer service bot doesn’t give me the same copy and paste answer it gave to every review below me.

Asked for take out, didn’t give me a bag or tray or lids for ice creams, manager got angry when I tried to use a coupon and forced me to get something I didn’t want. even though the coupon said “any item of equal or greater value” it was something of greater so his loss. Horrible service, don’t waste your money

Oh God...my kids love DQ but this location is run by folks who just don't give a damn about their customers. Definitely should NOT be in a University, where it's busy!! The manager is an elderly man who is rude, impatient & makes mistakes which he will bicker with you over. I just sent my kid over there tonight to order a $6 value meal & he either didn't understand her or didn't care, because he charged her $13 for a full meal & a sundae. That's not what she requested but she was too timid to do anything about it. I called him & spoke with him, he denied she ordered a Value Meal, when she swears she did. Clearly his customer service skills" are even worse when dealing with a young teenager. If management was changed (time for retirement for that guy)

Unfortunately it is the only place to get a fast food burger on campus. The only reason this place survives is because of the captive audience it has. The service is bad, the prices are higher than other DQs, the food isn’t great and it’s very slow. I have stopped buying things here and I encourage others to do the same.

Food was as expected, however service was awful. The girl ringing me through was nice, all she did wrong was say eat in instead of take out, not a huge deal. I paid, got my food and sat down to eat since I didn't have a bag to carry it to go. After about five minutes into my meal, the girl who rang me through came over and tapped me on the shoulder, apologizing and explaining that her manager wanted to verify I had paid for this order, so I had the manager accuse me of not paying for the meal. I didn't get a receipt so showed my card and had it verified because yes, I certainly had paid. What made me mad was that this manager had not only ignored the girl who rang me through and actually watched me pay, but he also made her do his dirty work for him. I really should have spoken to the manager and given him a mouthful. There's supposed to be a relationship between a worker and her manager, is it so hard to take an employees word?

The manager is so cheap and rude! Twice I have been overcharged here and then today he tried to make me pay $9.44 for a $5 dollar meal deal and a small sundae - 4.44 for a small sundae? a large isn't even 4 bucks. After asking him to take the sundae off and he raised his voice and threw my food at me and stormed off. Thank goodness there are so many other fast-food options in wyckham house!

Very bad service here. The food is so substandard and stale. hamburger: bun breaks with the slightest grip, burger so unfresh you can easily tell it’s reheated more than a couple of times, and veggies are so sloppy. Fries are so toasty easily a sign it’s reheated several times. Ice cream hot fudge is very subpar in quality. Will not eat here again! Definitely giving DQ a bad rap.
