Great service from the owners and all staff, Hats off to two employees I have had years exceptional service, Harvey and Betty.

fred is the worst sales man i ever talked to. i am interest in purschase one of the pre-owned unit, called in ask fred to take some pictures for me. he told me he dont want to send me pictures, because he dont want to waste time for online/call in customer, i explained that i am from vancouver bc, i want to make sure it is in great condition before i make a trip there, after that he told me that machine is good condition and he will send me picturs and contact me. after 4 days of waiting, no pictures never called me... he dont even want to take few pictures of a utv that sit on their lot. what a useless salesman..very disappointed.

The lack of knowledge was astounding. If it was just one person I talked to I would understand that all of your employees may not have knowledge that pertains to their industry, but I talked to several of the staff and when it came to marine equipment, well let's just say I was not impressed,

Took my pontoon in for an unknown problem. Mechanic called me directly to discuss the symptoms and what he found. He quickly realized I messed something up just from our conversation and promptly fixed the issue. I expected a much larger bill then what they charged. Great service and very fair pricing. I’ll continue to do business with them.

They treat you like family.

Have yet to have a positive experience at this place. They attempted to charge me for having an excessively dirty machine when I took it for servicing the last time. I don't think a small amount of mud in the fenders qualifies; they backed away from charging me when I disputed this. They also claimed to have performed a recall on my machine, but another dealership told me that the paperwork was never filed with Can-Am and when they looked on my machine, they didn't think it had been performed. They are also supposed to be trained on Can-Am machines and somehow missed greasing a couple spots, then fought with me on how many grease points my machine has. I have also always wondered if insurance would still pay you out if your machine was stolen off their property as a result of their careless practice of leaving the key in your machine parked outside against the fence overnight. They might be cheaper than other Can-Am dealers, but there is a reason; they do cheap, sloppy work.

I have purchased many products from A & E and have always received excellent service during and after the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your power sports needs.
