I love Dr.Kransy ,Jessica and all the staff at Dermafina. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly (and they never try to oversell). I am always very satisfied with any treatment I do (whether it be laser hair removal, peel, Botox or filller) and the results speak for themselves. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend.

I have mix feelings about this place. I been going there every month for a few months. I get Morpheus and Silk Peel.I don’t know why the Dr. In previous comments is saying you need to have a consultation ahead because I was literally told the opposite. My first time I drove there willing to start with EMsculpt and then Natasha advice me to do cool sculpting instead but then I decided to focus on face first.So Natasha is amazing and Morpheus 8 is amazing too. Natasha is just an honest and skilled technician. But specially honest, she’s not trying to make you buy stuff, she’s genuinely advising you to get what’s best for you. Only positive things to say about Natasha.Morpheus 8 is worthy and amazing. Sure it hurts but it’s worthy.I wasn’t impressed by the silk peel, felt like a regular facial but it’s not expensive so worth a try.Now with the negatives. They truly have an issue with the phone. It’s so hard to get a hold on then over the phone. First time I got back Morpheus they had an special 20% end of the summer deal and I decided to get the 3 sessions and paid for them in full to take advantage of the special, well, I was told to call and pay over the phone, I called multiple times and nothing, I left 2 messages! They never called back. So second time I was asked to pay in full, sure I told them, well, I called you multiple times to paid the whole package and you literally didn’t call me back. So they apologized and let me paid the second one with a discount but not the third one even tho it was literally their mistake. Fine, I let it go.The are at least 2 front desk staff that aren’t welcoming or friendly. It’s not the same with everyone but it’s definitely awkward because you can tell they give some clients a way better treatment and experience than others, or at least no to the new ones like me.Lastly they have a space with their products and samples in it, I went in after Morpheus to give some of them a try and maybe take a couple of samples but the person that I asked to help me with, she just wasn’t interested. She seemed to had an issue with me asking for samples. I didn’t get it. It was just weird. That was after my treatment.Anyways, I really have a hard time balancing how good the experience is with Natasha and trying to deal with whatever the front desk people have for me that day. They just seem messy and definitely rude at times

Dermafina is everything and more! Dr. Krasny is the absolute BEST. The only injector who will touch my face! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, he's honest and caters to your natural beauty!The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The staff at Dermafina really go above and beyond to accommodate your needs especially the receptionists! :)

Spent time reviewing all of the services and decided on fillers and cool sculpting as well as possibly a few others. No one answers the phone or calls back when you fill out the form requesting an appt to receive services and consult re: other services.

Went for the silk peel facial treatment. Staff were above and beyond helpful and super kind and friendly. Usually uncomfortable going to those types of places especially because past experiences staff were very pushy on products and services. Megan was super friendly and welcoming and Jessica made me feel very comfortable and at ease when I had a consultation for other services. Nothing was pushed on me and that was what made them so different. Best money spent. So happy I found this place and can’t wait to try more! Already have more appointments - you will love this place!!!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Ghazigian. She was informative and thorough. First time doing Botox and I’ll definitely be seeing her again!

Dr K is the best! I’ve been going to dermafina for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The staff is amazing, both front desk and the techs. The clinic is always bumpin and has such a good energy. I see Dr K for my botox and have seen Jess & Andrea for my silk peels. I absolutely love it! It’s always a good time there with Dr K and the staff. Highly recommend!!!

Accompanied my girlfriend to this place and I stay well clear of this place. I know this place is referred to by a lot of people and influencers" but the doctors here are grifters.We were told by phone and by email that the consultation fee was going to be $150 and that it would deducted from the price of the lip filler (procedure she went in for) either $450 for a half syringe or $750 for the full syringe. The procedure was supposed to be done all in the same day.Not only was the procedure not done

Terrible experience, unfortunately. I will never go back!!I came for a consultation for lip fillers and was hoping to do them both on the same appointment but apparently I did not ask for it ( they did not ask me either ) and then at the end of my consultation “the doctor” said I needed to book a separate appointment for the actual procedure of lip fillers and they did not have the time for it today. In May 2023, they told me via email I had two options, half or full syringe! Now within 1 month they don’t do half anymore!!! Complete lie as I have proof via email and the $150 I paid for consultation will not be deducted off the procedure the next time even though it said otherwise in the email!! Another lie. Please avoid this place altogether
