Worst experience. Walked in the Hespeler store at 6:43 pm, the salesperson refused to serve saying we would close in 5 minutes". I requested I can just look around

Bought 2 pairs. Used one pair most of the time but when I tried using my second pair, one of the lenses looked blurry. When I went back to the store, they told me it would be more than $80 to replace the lens. Another $80 on $500 glasses that I never even used!!Would never recommend this place!!!

bought glasses from here 1 year and 1 month ago, and the frames broke just from touching them yesterday, they didnt offer any kind of extended warranty and want to charge me full price for a replacement frame. Worst customer service i have ever experienced and would highly recommend looking elsewhere

NEW UPDATE SINCE MY REVIEW ON NOVEMBER 9TH!! Much to my surprise the following day on the 10th I got a call from the supervisor to witch he went above & beyond anything I could have imagined I was simply hoping that it would be addressed & he did more then address it & for that I would like to thank you very much! I would also like to say I've received my glasses & was very happy with the service I received and will definitely continue going to Hakim Optical. Thank You Sincerely!!I would like to say personally my experience there has not been good at all. I ordered my prescription on October 1st it came back with it being the wrong prescription had to send it back & I'm still waiting for them. Secondly the staff thinks they can make fun of customer's & that the customer will not notice it but it was very noticeable. When I went in tonight they saw me walk in they we're both in the back she got up & went over to the guy who was bent over working & whispered something in his ear to witch he then looked up over at me from his work. They take forever to serve you while they take there sweet time meanwhile I am a paying customer just like everyone else. Really not impressed with the employee's and how they treated me as customer definitely not going to recommend this place to anyone.

The most amazing ! Keegan had my lenses/frames done within the same day I ordered them. This is the second time I have been absolutely ecstatic with the service. Thanks for making sure I had the perfect frames before my Christmas holidays!Cheers

Reps provided excellent customer service and went beyond their way to help me find the right frames for my sunglasses. I was satisfied by the level of professionalism by the staff as they patiently listened to my needs. All in all excellent place to get glasses as there are many varieties and styles, awesome customer service and competitively priced. Keep up the great work, definitely earned my business.

Website and store front promote $99 for kids 2 pairs. It’s not true. It’s actually $199. The promo also said it includes UV & Tint for free but when asked was told it’s additional $50. Very misleading. Nowhere on the website or flyer does it say only participating stores.

I do not recommend going here ! Worst experience ever and I have been dealing with eye glass places for 20 years. Staff was short and not helpful. Brought my 2 nieces there and they tried to send me out the door with a badly damaged glasses arm cover. She tried to slip them on my child so I didn't see, nice try! The kids are 7 and 12 and asked to never go back thereas well. Did not help with any deals and well was just over all dis-satified! Go any where but here. Oh and I asked for eye glass cleaner and the rude women said well we charge for it, like ok well I could buy it but your attitude made me go buy it from the eyeglass place in the mall!

Came in Monday night to put in an order and I picked them up Friday. The Staff was helpful and fast with my glasses and I really appreciate my new pairs . UPDATE: it's three months later and I accidentally broke my glasses last night. I went in this morning and they gave me a new set of frames on the spot :) I even got to pick a different color to my original frames. Yvonne was supper helpful and made the super clean and friendly experience even better! Thanks again!

I went for a eye checkup it went fine but after I got two pairs of glasses I could not see near with them on and now using the same prescription I went got a pair of disposable contacts and I have them on can’t see near I went to hakim after a week to repot the issue and I was told that I had to let my eye adjust, to what it’s horrible that I can’t see something is wrong probably with the eye examination as that is the initial source of the problem.
