Waited for over an hour for a DEEP FRIED fish and chips. It was tasteless. Beer on tap was flat. Very understaffed. They were trying their best. Management should take note of these reveiws. There are several going back a year of customers waiting hours for food.

Went in today with family sign as soon as you walk in the door says talk to loung server if you want to sit on the restaurant side. So then we thought okay we'll just go in the lounge then cuz that just seems like a hassle already the place was not super busy. We walked in sat down on a table three servers looked at us didn't say we'll be right with you or anything we sat there for probably 10 minutes while they were all hanging around the bar still nobody came for a drink order or anything so we got up and left. Very disappointing that for servers can't handle 4 whole customers

Family of 4 Ordered...-Greek Salad. Although it wasnt traditional. It was great!-Fetticini Alfredo tasted great and was huge!-Greek Pizza Delicious crispy pan fried crust with lots on top!-Beef dip was great. They use real roast beef not the Fake deli stuff.-Seafood lasagna was delicious. A white sauce with a good mixture of scallops, muscles, and crab.Prices are much less then what have been paying lately in Calgary.Recommended.

Food is overly priced ! I ordered an individual pizza and French onion soup from work. No utensils to eat my soup. Call them they tell me no utensils. They charged me a small pizza when I ordered individual. Ended costing me $35! Will not return. Get it together guys.

I will try not to sound like a (Karen) lol. I will how ever be blunt, this place needs to get it together! Your food was incredible, it was out of this world! The portions on my wife's plate, not to mention the mountain of Nachos I received made us very happy. But waiting 2hrs for your food is just not cool!! But (My food was though). Her food was fantastic hot and very yummy. But like I said waiting 2hrs for the best food in the world is still waiting 2hrs! Two waitresses for roughly 20-30 people is unexceptable not to mention the oven broke down? These poor girls were running like chickens with their heads cut off. But then again they also stopped to make time to check Facebook or something on their phone so maybe it wasn't that bad. I sat with no food, and my pop was empty for at least 50 min before I was asked if I wanted more. My wife even had to get our own menu after waiting for 10 min! So to Sum it up,#1 hire more staff#2 make sure you don't have faulty equipment and#3 make sure the customers are taken care of before your text messages are.Like I said amazing food it is just a shame it was served take-out boxs as it was closing time. Very poor first impression :(

We went in for a meal today, got there by about 230 so there was only one server on.Thought it was odd for rodeo weekend but oh well.The server was nice to start, very friendly and pleasant… until it all went downhill.They did not have iced tea, our Mac and cheese bites came out dropped into a bowl, no napkins, no sauce, no anything.Which was when I was informed that they had no pesto for my original order.Okay, I’m not super picky in that sense and chose something else.My meal came out, and it looked just like it tasted. Bland.The shrimp was undercooked and my empty glass sat on the side of the table for nearly 45 minutes.We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, she was the only server and was quite busy.What was the final straw was when another girl came in and they both stood behind the bar talking to customers for 10 minutes before she asked her to go clear tables in the dining room rather than assisting the customers that had not received any service since food was delivered.I am not one to leave poor reviews and I love to support local businesses… but this place NEEDS Gus back or it is going to fail.The service and quality have suffered so much since his absence.

I think they messed up on every single part of the meal. Couldn’t get a refill on water. Ordered a steak that came out grey and raw. I took two bites and told them it wasn’t good and they still charged us for it. Shrimp was raw. Appetizers came out after the main course. Just an epic fail on every single part of the meal, it wasn’t even busy. I wish I looked at the reviews before going. Do not eat here.

Tonight seemed to be understaffed for the load. I had to retrieve my own water and menu even though there were multiple waiting staff. It was a significant wait even to get our order placed and our food took more than an hour and a half to arrive.The food itself was.....terrible. I ordered a Baked macaroni with white mushroom sauce and got shells with spaghetti sauce. My girlfriend ordered ribs with a baked potato and the potato was tiny, and the ribs were almost inedible.I do not recommend.
