I called to rent a lift for a personal project and was able to reserve it for the time I needed without hassle.I picked it up and was shown how to use the equipment and things went fairly smooth.There is a lot of safety sensors on today's equipment that can make it challenging to use.But the over all experience and rental process was great.I have rented from them before and will continue to do so.

I brought my lawn mower in because it wouldn't stay running. I was afraid it might be something too expensive to spend on the 8-year old machine. They called with good news that it was fuel system that needed cleaning (not the carburetor as we feared). The amount was significantly less than I planned and included a new spark plug and oil change. Not only that, when he brought it out it was so clean I thought he had the wrong mower! In addition I got some good maintenance tips from their very friendly and helpful staff.

I've used several equipment rental companies. Many suffer from worn out and poor quality machines. This is not the case here. Highly recomend Fond du Lac Equipment. Service, machines hours of operation. All top notch.

This place is awesome! We worked with Darrin to reserve what we needed and he answered all of our questions thoroughly and with no reservation. Jeff explained how to use the equipment and made sure we understood everything at the time of pickup. Darrin and Jeff encouraged us to call with any questions. Again, this place is awesome and we will be back!

I found out about these guys from one of my friends let me tell you these guys are top notch! I took my mower in there for there spring tune up and they had it done in 2 days! Also rented some equipment from them and have nothing but positive to say! Check them out for any rental or service needs!

I rented a propane heater to thaw frozen pipes. The little one I rented would not stay running tried to get it going several times all night with out success. I returned heater and told them about my troubles the guy at the counter said he would tell the owner. I rented the next size they had because my pipes were still frozen and brought it home within an hour and a half my water was flowing. I returned the second heater and told them this one worked great. The guy at the counter said he ran the first one and it ran fine and that he talked to owner and was going to charge me for it. Really? Not a very good experiance! I called a few days later and asked to talk to the owner and the guy who answered the phone said he was the manager and new about my situation and said his mechanic told him that he ran it and that it ran fine for him. So he was still going to charge me for both heaters. I had three witnesses to the non functioning heater. They made me feel dishonest! Why would I rent the second heater if the first one worked? I just moved to the area a year ago and gave me a bad feeling. Beware!

This is a terrific place to rent equipment. The staff is extraordinarily helpful, willing to explain how to use the tool and what pitfalls to avoid. The explanations are clear and detailed. Very good business! High quality service.
