Super inconvenient to lug your purchases up flights of stairs to the security desk for parking validation (the elevator is down half the time). Why not just let the merchants validate parking directly like a civilized shopping centre?

We paid at the machine already (with proof) that locates in the mall and it still shows a balance when at the parking lot exit. We tried to call for assistance on the ticketing machine but the lady wouldn’t listen to us and just kept saying she couldn’t let us out because there’s a balance. She refused to communicate and hung up. At the end we were forced to double pay to get out. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is non sense.
