I enjoyed my time at IHOP and loved the buzz of the place, it was quiet enough for me to read my book and have a sumptuous meal, yet you could hear that everyone else was having a great time as well.The meals are reasonably priced. It is excellent for families with activities for children. The server was friendly, and efficient and gave excellent service. I also loved the cleanliness of the place. I will certainly return to this IHOP.

I came today for the first time in a while and as expected it was busy at noon time. I got seated right away and got offered drinks which came pretty fast. The service was excellent my server came just as i was about done deciding on what to order. It took a while but it was understandable as the place was packed jam with people as far as i can see. Nadithi was nice and asked us if there was something else we need and if the food was okay 10/10 exp3 would go again

I visited IHOP for breakfast on Tuesday. It was surprisingly really busy even though it was weekday morning.The best thing was pancake. I got cinnamon roll flavor pancake, it was really delicious! It came with cinnamon spread and cream cheese icing with whipped cream on top. What I liked was that cinnamon spread was in each layer, not just on top. Like the other IHOP locations, they had 4 different syrups at the table, I enjoyed trying different flavors. What I also liked was that they leave coffee pot at the table for self serve. I much prefer this style than stopping servers for coffee refill, so thoughtful!Our server was not the greatest to be honest, she forgot our drink order and did not bring drink or come back to take food order. We asked if we can substitute pancake with waffles, she said she’d ask and she did not come back again. It was quite busy so I can understand why. However, other server, maybe she was the manager helped us with all the situation, at the end we felt taken care of, quite satisfied with service.Overall good experience!

I had the Roasted Turkey from the 55+ menu (11.29). I enjoyed it very much and the portion was perfect. The mashed taters w/ gravy, cranberry sauce and garlic toast rounded out my perfect lil meal and was satisfying. I had the string beans that were lovely too.Well done iHop. Lovely restaurant. I'll return after this experience.

Our server Emily D. was super polite and friendly and really took care of us. I got the steak and eggs breakfast combo and i asked the steaks to be medium rare, but when it came to my table it looked genuinely super unappetizing. When i cut open the steak. It was cooked well done around the outsides of the steak and medium in the middle. Emily immediately took action and got the kitchen to cook another one for me but sadly the second one was just as bad. The steak was tough and had a rubbery texture. 10/10 would NOT recommend getting the steak. Everything else was delicious though. After the second attempt Emily asked if there was another dish i would like to try instead of the steak and eggs. I had the chicken and pancakes instead which were amazing!

Off for our 2nd visit to IHOP for breakfast. Colorado Ommlette and pancakes. Had their new Eggs Bennie with poblano peppers. Slightly spicy, but it faded quickly. The flavor was amazing and very tasty. ALY served us quickly, and everything was perfect. There are several versions of the Eggs Benny to choose from. I'll have to try some of the others. The wife had a build your own ommlette seen below. For 2 of us with meal and pancakes, x2 was about $60 with tip and taxes.' Your price may vary based on your selections

Came here at 12 noon on Sunday, the day after Canada Day. Wait time was only 20 minutes, and they texted us once our table was ready; plenty to do in the surrounding mall.Server confusion resulted in our server changing mid order, but the new server kept the orders we gave to the old one so it's fine. Once we were about to pay, server realized she forgot to put the drinks on the order and left to fix it.Drinks took a few minutes, but the food came really fast. One of our menus was missing the middle two pages (front and back), luckily I noticed the 2x2x2 wasn't on my menu and we shared the full menu. I'll upload the full menu with this review.Food:- Buttermilk Pancakes are big and fluffy. Soaks up syrup well. You know what pancakes taste like. 5/5.- Bacon strips are long and without much fat. Not crispy, but salty and tasty. 4/5.- Sausage is smaller than expected, somewhat dry. But sausage is always delicious. 4/5.- French Toast is large and firm. Good texture. Tastes exactly like you'd expect. 5/5.- Eggs are eggs. What do you expect? Asked for over medium and got over easy. 4/5 because most restaurants have problems cooking them over medium anyways.- Hashbrowns: I didn't get them, but someone else did. Very large portion, the size of the French Toast or even larger. Shaped into a square and given extra frying on top and bottom. Hypothetical 5/5.Overall 5/5 on food because it's good, plentiful, and cheap. I've had worse meals with less food that cost more.Atmosphere: Pleasant yet bland diner setup. If you've seen one you've seen them all. Booth seats aren't very comfortable (whose back forms a perfect 90 degree angle?) but not that bad. Noisy but I've had worse. You probably aren't coming here for atmosphere anyways. 4/5.Overall I just love good food for a good price. 4.5/5.

Visited this joint which is known for the best break fast spreads. Ordered for spinach & mushroom omelette and avocado omelette. One of the best omelettes I have ever had which makes you feel as if we have had a good meal and yes if you need it with beef or chicken stuffing you get that too. It’s located in Dubai too.
