I’ve been going here for a few years now & I recommend it to anyone who’s looking to do their taxes with no hassle. Amazing customer service & they get your taxes done fast and efficient.

Booked an appointment online, was not made aware it was a “drop off service”.. then upon completion they ASSUMED I wanted to file electronically so I now have to wait an additional 5-10 business days.Should have just went with my original tax person as I’ve never had an issue like this before. Horrible experience

Been coming here for about ten years now. The new owners are amazing you can come in drop off your stuff and leave they take care of everything. If they have any questions for you or you for them they are always available by phone or email. Their response is either same day or next day. Super fast and friendly.

First impressions are everything, from my first phone call 2 week ago to coming in person the lady behind the counter (I'm so sorry I cant remember your name) has consistently surprised me with how happy she is and more than anything how helpful/informative she was with any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this place!

I have been a client of this location for 6 years now and cannot say enough about the excellent service. Always efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Beautiful renovations and a safe environment during Covid. A special thank you to Allison who makes you feel at ease during what many experience as a stressful time of the year. **EditedBefore the Pandemic this place was great, since then it has new owners and their policy is way too lax and rushed.Went in last year (2022) for my 2021 return, they didn't ask me for anything. I worked at UPS at the time and paid union dues. Did they ask me? No. Did they even advise me that I can claim that on my taxes? No. However, I got a phone call telling me I wasn't eligible to use my car donation, but never once mentioned that I could get other benefits.When I went to H&R block this year they informed me of ALL my possible credits, and told me I could refile my older ones including my union dues, but it would cost as much as I'd get back so not worth it. Still nice to know!!!!I will use Liberty taxes again sometime in the future, but not this location.

Friendly and fast service. Took my taxes in, at peak tax season and they were done in less than two hours. Highly recommend.
