Dropped my truck off, left it running as it was having trouble starting so they could immediately bring it in the shop.Picked it up just after 5pm same day and the windshield is broken.Boss called and said it didn't happen in their shop, wasn't their problem cause his tech said it was broken before he brought it in... But his front desk worker brought it in.There was even little pcs of glass in the break like it just happened.Won't take any accountability..... Chad,check your shop cameras

My truck broke down on the highway and ended up being towed to Terrace Ford. The folks were always professional and nice. They went out of their way to be nice. After they had my truck for a day they were able to line up a car to get around town in as my truck was sitting in their shop. For that I was (and am) very grateful. It did take them a few days to get the truck in the shop to try to determine what the problem was. This was quite frustrating. The real problem was after they determined the work that needed to be performed they indicated that the parts were not available for what ended up being a week. I understand that parts have been hard to get and Terrace is somewhat remote. That said I couldn't give them any more than 4 stars. After the parts arrived they were quick to get them installed and I have not had any issues with the truck since. So in the end I spent 10 days in terrace waiting for shop time and parts to arrive. Even more remarkable I am giving them 4 stars because almost everything they could control went right. Thanks
