Had a new wood burning stove installed; the guys were conscientious; made sure to protect the floors and communicated what they were doing and why. Stove has been great all winter… a major improvement to our home thx to Fireside Hearth and Leisure!

Needed a new harman auger motor after 9 years. Nathan came and replaced it. He's very professional and open to explaining things and answering questions. Very easy to work with. Great addition to the team.Cindy's at the office is also great at answering questions and helping with ideas of what you may need.Highly recommend this crew.

Nathan came to our home today to clean and replace some parts. Great service and a great guy to have in your home. He was respectful of our home and you could not tell he was there after he left. Took away the old parts for us too. I’d have him back anytime. Also suggested we get on a more regular cleaning schedule.

As always these guys are great to work with! They’re professional, respect my home and do a great job. Also always friendly. This is the 5th year we’ve dealt with them and will continue to do so.

The guys today went above and beyond to help us get the stove installed. It couldn’t go where we wanted it but they were willing to do the extra to install it in another location. Great experience for us and not a bad place to work today at the lake! Looking forward to getting our insert for the fireplace at home.

They did a wonderful job cleaning and inspecting our pellet stove and chimney, we are ready for cold weather now!! They are prompt and polite too... We are grateful for their dedication to their customers.

Super friendly and enjoyable to work with. Both Cindy at the sales end and Dave at installation. They had not installed the WiFi as planned Dave Is all over It and back next week.Just waiting on the outside to be completed tomorrow by our Rock installer. Dave is awesome! He explained the issue I was having with the ignition system and fixed it. He even took the time to give me a refresher lesson on the ignition system. I have been a customer for a few years now and I always use Fireside Hearth & Leisure to do the maintenance on my propane every year. Everyone, from the office, to the person in the field, does an awesome job, are on time, and are friendly. Thanks for great service!

From the very first time we began working with them through today when we had three major work items performed, we have been totally impressed with every employee!! They are experts in their field, professional, friendly, and when working in our home they were attentive to every detail and worked hard to keep our house clean. They have a fantastic work ethic and are great at teaching how to use the new heating systems. Most notably, a fireplace insert that we ordered would not have looked that good in our house. The lead installer first realized this and helped us fully understand how the insert would have looked if it were installed. We did not have it installed. Rather, we discussed alternatives and the office is sending us information on the top alternatives. This is real customer service!! This is a great business with fantastic employees!!
