Kem Tec Land Surveyors

I purchased a Mortgage survey from them, I made sure to ask lots of questions to see what the survey entailed. I was told it would show me Easements on the property as well as any encroachments, and I was given a decent list. I figured this is worth the purchase, after paying and receiving the survey map. There was almost no information besides a small picture of the property shown as a rectangle and a smaller box being the house.. that's it. There was a small disclaimer saying that they didn't have the Title so they can't show encroachments or easements. Basically it was a rip off, I called to explain that I was never told I'd have to get any information regarding the Title but the guy said his agent's wouldn't make any mistakes.. in the end, he didn't care and I was scammed. Big waste of money before buying a house

I needed a simple mortgage survey. They got it complete within a week and were very responsive. I would highly recommend Kem Tec and use them again.

If you can't afford this service, looking for positive outcome, don't use this service. 1,200.00 down the drain for elevation certification, try figure out yourself, if your in flood zone. Save your money!

Full service surveying professionals... They provide mortgage, boundary, ALTA, or full-on topographic surveys. They show all of the registered easements, utilities, and abutting/neighboring properties on a site map. An important tool in determining scope of a piece of land, for the buyer, the seller or whoever requires. Stamped and certified accurate by licensed professional.

I am a builder and these guys are NOT trustworthy at ALL, caught the owner lying to me, trying to scam me !!!!! I had a check for $15,000 that I was about to hand to him and I found out that everything that he told me was a lie.

Company walking around in my back yard. Took locks off my fence to get in. Not having any work done. A neighbor is. Employee did not come to door and was very rude when I confronted him
