Unfriendly, rude & poor Customer Service. The elderly gentleman/owner behind the counter was dismissive & not pleasant whatsoever. I’ll never buy anything from him/his store again! I’ll take my business elsewhere & where it’s appreciated. Get Better! It’s 2020!

The gentleman working the front desk had a very rude demeanor. I’m not sure if he was the owner or just a worker. He told me that I was not allowed to buy a lollipop with my credit card because he had to pay a 10 cent fee.

It is one of the few places in Toronto where you can find Burda Style magazines if you don't want to get a subscription. They don't always have many issues at the same time, so you have to constantly go to check for the new ones.

Used to have a great selection of magazines. Now half the store is food - even though there isn't much product on the shelves. Not even any interesting English-language newspapers anymore.Now I did see some French and German magazines, and even a couple of newspapers - that's unusual!
