I would give them a Zero if I could . Sold me the worst quality, cheap Vinyl flooring. Only after 2 years it completely began to disintegrate. Literally turning into dust. I have to replace my entire floor. Waste of money. I asked the sales rep why after only 2 years the floor started disintegrating even though I only use an office chair in the room. Which sounds like standard wear and tear. He said, using and office chair is not considered standard wear and tear to them. I said they should specify that in the warranty and he responded, and I kid you not, If we specified that in the warranty then no one would buy our product". I definitely got ripped off."

I went to this company last week. I have to say their products are great as well as customer services. really kind and knowledgeable staffs. Reliable company.

Excellent service and best prices in town

We purchased Floortech Hardwood from a local retailer in Abbotsford B.C. after approximately 6 months after we noticed the wood was cracking and splitting in area's where water could drop on the floor like in front of the dishwasher , sink, doors from outside etc. but we always made sure it was wiped up, we also found area's where water had never been starting to crack on the surfaceas well , if you look closely at these floors the finish is paper thin and it does not take much to scrape the finish off, if i had of known the finish was so poor , I would never have purchased it, i contacted HYBC Industries and they did absolutely nothing for me, they put all the blame on me for getting the floor wet well let me tell you this, I have had alot of engineered flooring and I have never had these kinds of problems so I recomend anyone DO NOT purchase this flooring because you will not be at all satisfied with this poor quality of engineered Hardwood and you will have no satisfaction from HYBC Industries, my only choice now is to tear out all the flooring and buy a product that people are happy with.
