We hired power Vac services to remove some asbestos paper from our HVAC ducts. They were great from quote to finish, squeezing the work in before Christmas. Norine and her team were very professional and friendly throughout, I highly recommend them.

I was actually blown away by how good our experience was with PowerVac. We had some asbestos covered ducts that needed attention. Norine came by, gave us all the info we needed and we ended up with a very affordable quote. When the time came for the work to be done, the team of guys that came over were a great bunch. They were super friendly, extremely professional and careful with our home and did a fantastic job. Can't recommend them enough.

Norine was wonderful to work with! After having several failed attempts with other companies I found Power Vac online. We were told from other companies that we would need the asbestos lining our ducts to be removed completely before they could be cleaned which would cost us quite a large sum of money. Norine was very knowledgeable and had an option for us to clean our ducts without disturbing or exposing any of the existing asbestos in our old home. Even when the regular truck could not fit in our driveway she was quick to reschedule portable equipment for us. The two gentleman that arrived to do the work were professional and friendly. Took less time than I was expecting as well. Highly recommend this company and we will be using their services again!

We used PowerVac for both our duct cleaning and asbestos abatement and they were excellent. Both crews were professional and knowledgeable as they answered all the questions and concerns that we had. The quality of their work with our asbestos abatement lead to us calling them for our duct cleaning and we would absolutely use them again.

I think everyone has had one too many phone calls from people wanting to clean your ducts. I knew ours needed cleaning because they had not been cleaned since we moved in several years ago. I decided to go online and check out customer comments and reviews on duct cleaning companies. I also wanted to check out how the different companies responded not only to the good but the not so good customer comments. I finally settled on Power Vac (a Hamilton franchise). One of the things I liked about Power Vac was it’s policy of never doing unwanted call-backs. And they didn’t. I called for a quote and spoke directly with the owner. Their prices were set and more than reasonable. A couple of weeks later I decided to have the ducts cleaned (no call-backs). We set up an appointment time, they showed up when they said they would and the work was done. Afterward, there was a minor problem. I called Power Vac and they quickly corrected the problem – no muss, no fuss. I don’t know about the other franchises but when we need to get our ducts cleaned again…Power Environmental/ Power Vac Services.

I had vermiculite insulation removed from my attic and the two techniques that did the work were so kind and pleasant to talk with. My son even commented on how he has never heard people working and joking around and happy doing the work they came to do. The job was done efficiently and everything was left clean. I’m so happy that I chose them to do the job.
