Great service!

Horrible customer service. Once the owner sells you his product, he wants nothing to do with you. They literally sell you all bad parts, ignore your messages, and rip you off for cheaply made product.

great customer service, worked with me to find the right machine for my application, would defiantly recommend.

This is the Ferrari of vending companies without having to pay Ferrari pricing. Plenty of options, I personally just picked up a snack and pop combo machine for my office. Jordan and Steve took the time to switch my initial purchase as I ended up with a machine that did not fit my needs, and they spent time showing me how it works, making sure when they left I knew what I was doing and that everything was up and running! Trust me, this is the company to go to!

Very poor customer service. Woman who does sales is very unprofessional and 0 help in regards to any warranty or service.

Did a order for a machine and when paid they dodged my calls and emails for a few weeks, then when we go in touch had to wait another 1-2 week for a delivery that is only 6 hours away. after setting up the machine it worked, and then a few weeks after stopped working and they only answers emails once a week or so, not super professional and would recommend looking at other options before going with them.Following to this months after the fridge in the machine broke and drinks started to get hot they first told me they would send me a new one, a few months after this no news called them back said they needed to have the old one back before I sent them the new one so I said ok, they told me I needed to talk to their boss to schedule pick up and he does not answer. straight to voicemail I think they blocked my number.

AMAZING service, kind and very punctual. Went to buy a vending machine, as ive seen many around the GTA. Having Dawn help me find the one that is the best fit for me and my services and the best price!10/10 would NOT recommend going anywhere as you would be doing yourself and business a disservice!-shawn ( first and repeat customer)

Tried calling an leaving a voicemail asking about a machine bought off them awhile back. No response, messaged on Facebook an got blocked from being able to message them. They don’t seem to care about customer service at all.

Worked with them for 6 months and could hardly get a response. Had to go in person multiple times and even when calling I was told Let me send that to you right now" only to never get a clear quote on the machines I was looking for. I was told their supplier was updating prices so I asked for even an estimate based on last year's prices.
