Soup broth was weak when we went, my wife was disappointed that her vegetarian soup was made with animal based broth. Her spring rolls, veggie, were mushy, neither of us could eat them. The service was quite good and fast, but he should have checked and made sure things were good before the end of the meal.

Server/Cashier is so rude and really bad customer service!Today, February 5, 2023 around 12:45 to 1pm, me and my daughter came here to order a take out. While waiting for the order, I noticed that the plastic that they are using to wrap the bowl of soup was on the floor and the shoes of the cashier was touching it . I came over to whisper to her and told her politely and discretely about the plastic bag. And she said, that's fine because she is only wrapping the bowl not the food"! And if I don't like the service

Awesome place to have Vietnamese food. It's our go to place. Price is excellent, portion is big enough to share, and the taste is best in Surrey.Three things that we always order here:Pho dac bietGrill chicken with rice.Bun bo hue (spicy noodle)Go here, order, eat. Thanks me later.

I’m giving a 5 star based on my experience doing take out and having the special bhan mi. This sandwich is amazing. For $7 you have a fresh massive authentic bhan mi that conspires with the ones I’ve had in Vietnam. Can’t speak for other dishes or dining in, but my experience was great.

This restaurant is now looks a little bit different from before I felt like they have changed management, but the waiter said they are still under the same management.Taste and look of their foods totally different. Anyway, their noodles and spring rolls are still delicious. Highly recommend this place. Don't worry, their price is reasonable.

Good food, but terrible service. This kind of service in a restaurant is not what I had anticipated. The waiter/billing guy is really uncourteous and shows no regard for the clients. I adore Vietnamese food, but I will never return due to the poor service at this establishment. My recommendation to this restaurant is to kindly hire a qualified server to treat customers with respect.

I went here for dinner around 7:30 pm. Tge place iS small amd tidy by its own standard. Just no fuzzy and frills place, you come here and eat and go. I have been here before and since I was in the area and hungry, i though i would stop buy for dinner. The Guy attending is not checking of people are vaccinated or not. He did not check me nor the other's that came after me. Anyhow i ordered chicken pho. The soup base was good. I also ordered fried spring roll. It was good but too oily. May be drin the oil a bit more. Overall, it is just a typical Pho place, nothing particularly exceptional on the menu.

We've had takeout from here many times, but never dined in til today. Cute little restaurant in the Kings Cross strip mall on King George.The service was excellent, got menus and water right away. The food was cooked up quicker than expected and was delicious! Very fresh, and great portion sizes. The spring rolls were super crunchy, I wanted more! So, so good!!

Absolutely incredible food! I've been going here since I was a kid and the food and service is wonderful. I got shrimp salad rolls and a chicken sub and it is always just perfect!
