I visited Vancouver with my girls and on our last day we decided to shop in Holt Refrew. My older daughter loves shopping at the Toronto location. Anyways, I decided to look around to see what I could find for myself. I stopped in a few other shops and the staff were just pleasant and wlecoming. This was my experience my entire time in Vancouver. I felt the love until I went into Fendi.There were two staff inside the shop and when my daughters and I entered for the first time in our seven days stay in Vancouver we werent greeted when we entered a store. Now I want to be fair and say that when we entered one was attending to another customer but the other one quickly left the sales floor. About a minute after, the one attending the customer was done and she still never acknowledged me or my girls and headed straight to the cash register after she had walked the other customer to the Fendi store exit. I had to call to her to let her know I needed her assistance. Thats when she said hi.Showed her the bag I wanted to see and my girls were all like yes mom thats the one and she said the price is blah blah blah. I said thats fine, she begins to put it back and I was like no, I want it. And started to look at the other items and mention them by name, she was like oh you know the products most people dont. Thats when I got that warm fuzzy treatment I was getting so used to in Vancouver.I dont know if she thought I couldnt afford it because I was a woman of colour or some other reason. I purchased my bag, but to be honest to this day, roughly three weeks later, I feel as I did myself a disservice by spending my money where it wasnt initally welcomed.Fast forward to today, the treatment I recieve in the Yorkdale location is a dream for shoppers. There review will follow. Cant mix them with this one star.

This message is for a special SA. If you are looking for stellar customer service you need to ask for MOJGAN ❤️! She is sweet, very quick, prompt replies. But the best is she does plenty of follow up, wheter its about stocks, similar products, restock and to make sure you have the best experience.

I came into the downstairs men’s store to seek advice/remedy to the extremely uncomfortable slides I purchased. I did not want a refund, exchange or gift card; I just wanted a bit of advice. I was then told there has never been an issue with the slides, and that I am the first person to have a problem with them. She also said there was absolutely no solution, and then challenged me to speak to the manager who “would say the exact same thing”. The entire time she was speaking down to me, embarrassing me in front of the other customers and making me feel like a fool for even walking in the store. It’s appalling that someone can spend that much money on any clothing and have such horrendous service. Shocking... the only reason this place deserves a star at all is because the manager: Sing was super helpful and lovely to deal with.

We bought a handbag here for $4100 on November 1st, and the clips and buttons broke in two weeks! The manager refused to give us a refund, but instead, he told us that we could only exchange the broken bag to get another bag, but we had to pay an extra $800! When we bought it, they did tell us that we couldn’t refund it for no reason, but I think if the quality is this poor, and the price this high, we should be able to get a refund

I had a really great experience at Fendi last week. Sing and her team provided exceptional customer service, they answered all my questions and were very patient. I’ll definitely be coming back!

No one ever answers the phone in the store. Fendi customer service tells me to get a jacket belt repaired I need to contact the store where it has been purchased. I purchased it in this store however they claimed they have never sold that jacket and refuse to repair the belt. It has been 6 months and I am still waiting a call back from the store.

I went to the Vancouver Fendi location at Holt Renfrew to buy some shoes. The staff did not say hi. They just stood there. I had to approach them to ask if they could help me. I usually dress really casual nothing fancy when I go shopping. That doesn’t mean I can’t afford anything. I did buy the shoes and then they started showing me more stuff. Very unfriendly store.

Associate was somewhat helpful, but she spent most of her time chatting away with a friend. I was the only client but if she couldn't be bothered to do her job properly then I'll take my business elsewhere.
