I have used other repair companies in the past which involved poor diagnosis of the problem with the troubled equipment. This then would require MANY call-backs till the problem was repaired properly. I would also get billed for every call-back. You don’t get this problem with JnR they do a proper diagnosis without all the call-backs fees. They are the BEST!!
