P&G Pumping

We have used P&G for about 12 years, and always great service. But this weekend, they surpassed themselves. My campground comfort station needed pumping and needed to be closed during events on a long weekend. 9:30 on a Friday of a long weekend - they not only agreed to come pump the porta potties - they came with the big truck and did the septic. On Canada Day. Gary and Todd - with AJ on the text/call work Friday night - they are just the best. Absolute best. I'm so grateful! Truly!

I had originally (thought) I booked them last year for my wedding this fall. At the time Gary was very kind and stated he was happy to be doing business with me. My fiancé then called him to confirm our booking 2 months before our wedding, when he stated he had nothing booked that day but to email him and he would pencil us in. Around 4 emails and 7 texts to him later with no response over the course of a month and a half, along with 4 calls left to go to voicemail, and we were left with no other option than to attempt to find an alternative option. Thankfully we were able to find another company a week before the wedding, but extremely disappointing and stressful experience to say the least.

Fast, Professional and responsive. On the long weekend a septic tank backed up and they were there to help. A call on the Friday evening got them here the next day on time as promised. These guys are skilled and knowledgeable quickly resolving the issue and provided great advice and support.

Having dealt with P&G for many years, I’ve lost count of the number of times they have had our campground’s back when we’ve had complicated schedules or pumping emergencies. They consistently treat us with compassion and not once as “just a job.” Friendly, efficient, and we’ve had simply wonderful interactions along the way. Thank you SO much!
