My review is an opinion of their business practices not their actual hair services. I don't think I've found this issue from any business providing a services in a very long time if ever. I spoke in-person with one of the specialists at their location who asked me to call and make an appointment. I have now called 3 times and left a message as no one answers the phone and asked for a call back to make an appointment. Two weeks later never got a call back and of course I won't be calling again. Very unusual for a provider of a service not to follow-up their potential business leads.

Julie is an amazing stylist! Very friendly, talented with colour and professional!I have fine hair and sometimes it’s hard to get a cut that suits fine hair but Julie works her magic and I’m always very happy with how my hair looks after coming to see Julie.The salon is very cute and comfortable with a clean and cozy vibe so another big plus! Some salons are really loud and I love that this salon is a bit smaller so it feels very comfortable and calm.
