ChargePoint Charging Station
They had a glitch where they charged me in USD instead of CAD. I have spent literal hours on the phone with them and they keep saying they're investigating or escalating but they try to confuse you and make you think everything is OK, that it's no big deal that they charge you in USD without telling you. It's messed up,but it seems like they just want you to forget about it.Unless you call and ask to speak to a manager and are very direct, you won't see that money again.
