Harry was very prompt with responses from the first time messaging him he told me to bring the car right by with no appointment he checked it out and even topped up my inverter fluid for free no issue.he then found out that the battery was at fault so I had to get it replaced I came in on a Thursday and he was booked until Saturday came in on Saturday at the agreed upon time and I was in and out within an hour.I would highly recommend if you have any hybrid to bring it here.

When I brought my car in, I was told I was paying to have the pack replaced. I was given the option to pay extra for a warranty, which I did. Now it's two years later and the aftersales service is terrible and my battery is having problems again.My car's original batteries lasted 15 years with no problems, but the whole pack replacement" they did only lasts 27 months? And now I'm expected to pay full price for another replacement or repair? Something doesn't add up."

Had an amazing experience here. Another repair shop quoted me over $2500 to repair my 2007 Prius hybrid battery; but it turns out I only needed to replace one dead cell instead of the entire stack. Green touch was able to repair the battery for less than a quarter of the cost! The cell was replaced in a matter of hours and the staff were all very friendly.

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid which required the Hybrid battery to be replaced. The dealers were offering to complete the work for significantly higher. I went to Green Touch Hybrid and was greeted with friendly customer service, he was on time the appointment and offered honest feedback. The work was completed professionally, diligent and he communicated throughout the entire process. I was extremely pleased with everything. My regular shop is in the same plaza. Unfortunately the owner is out of town. Green touch tech Josh casually asked whats the issue? I told him im having a weird sound from my tires. He asked do you mind if i take a look? I was happy and said yes, please! Turns out my balljoint was so bad it was ready to break off.Within the hour he got parts replaced it and let me on my way.Really recommend it to all, Great service!
