I had always been interested in public speaking due to my obsession with self-development and entrepreneurship, but it had always been at a theoretical level. Putting those techniques and qualities into practice was a whole world on its own, but I continue to let my curiosity lead me through the countless inevitable ups, downs, and plateaus at this amazing club.

Downtown Coquitlam Toastmasters Club is an exceptional place to learn the Art of Public Speaking. The core group of members is just amazing - they are knowledgable, supportive, motivational, have a great sense of humour and will give a solid advice and guidance to all junior member. I highly recommend joining the club for anyone who wants to learn how to deliver a speech and have some fun on Wednesday night.

This is the best Toastmaster Club that I have known. The club meetings are very well organized. All participants has great chance to exercise different roles on improving the skills of English speaking, time controlling, Filler Word eliminating, presentation techniques and so much more... With different levels of English background, you are respected and encouraged to practice and improve your English. I love this club.
