Its always nice talking to a friendly/helpful person.. Sue M. is my go to person she responds quickly and shes the reason I always pick Metal supermarket over other suppliers. Lead time is also great!

I had the pleasure of Mike assisting me. I was enamoured by his joy and courteousness. Although this job was a small hobby job, I was not treated any different. Mike and his coworker (also very kind, but I forget her name ), engaged in friendly conversation but not to the point of providing prompt professional expert service. The staff at the oakville store are like no other metal supermarket store, they will go way above and beyond to help. I live in Mississauga but i drive to the Oakville store because of the extremely good service. Mike has always been very professional and I will never shop at a different store sa long as he is there.
