The front office staff are very rude and have absolutely no people skills. I have had bad experiences multiple times that I now have to rate this place 'terrible'. Patients come into the clinic tired and exhausted and they deserve to be treated well. The zero percent tolerance towards abuse to your staff applies to patients also. I must mention that the doctors are very kind, approachable, and friendly.

Very bad service, docotor 1hr and 30 minutes late. No clear answers. They charge for the prints in cash. After 4 visits not a clear answer. The docotor didn't had idea who and why I was there .

Receptionists are extremely rude, impolite, discourteous, uncivil, and abusive. You can tell some doctors in this clinic are from Arabic speaking countries, and from this fact you can infer that the one and the only way these unprofessional receptionists are there is through nepotisms. I would rather call them “deceptionist “because they are just there to block patients and visitors, and no greeting and no welcoming visitors which is the primary duty of professional receptionist. They smile only when they see a doctor. Their stressed-face and rude service will exacerbate your illness. Do not get me wrong, doctors are fine except they lack confidence giving sick note and signing legal documents to their patients.

My family Doctor put my health in jeopardy at this clinic for over 5 years. I hope my story never happens to anyone, but if you must employ the services of this clinic please do a due diligence on your health situation and ask questions.

Poor service in this clinic they never answer the phones I have been calling them 1 week and no one answer my call also one day I was sick and I ask walk inn I book doctor asma and she talk with me like disrespectful and she yell on me told me don’t see me again cz I leave so far the clinic she told me fine another doctor in my area doctor Teresa she was my family doctor almost 5years I disappointed to west my this this clinic I wish this doesn’t happen to other patientPoor customer servicePoor doctors

I was there at 950 for my 10 am appointment. I was put in the room. The Dr." Came in 10 02. I was called to make the appointment to go over my lab results

Terrible experience. They treated me like a criminal.I was in a car accident and needed to fill out forms for my insurance company. The doctor refused to fill out forms and then after talking to my insurance company said that he would only fill out certain forms if I made a certain appointment that was 30 minutes long. And also one that I would have to pay for an order for him to just give me my medical records. They still have my medical records and refused to send them to my new doctor.

Thank you for the excellent service. I brought my son as a walk in with high fever. The staff were very friendly and trained very well. They checked my son temperature right away and informed the doctor.The doctor was so nice and knowledgeable, he spent time with our son until his temperature went down.Wish them all the best

I have had nothing but issues with this clinic! The front staff are horrible, they don’t listen are uneducated about regulations and often tell the Doctors the wrong info. I had them screw with a prescription and was left without doses and had to do emergency visits because they don’t know the difference between a REFILL & RECALL of medication. The lead girl is the worst person to deal with she will hang up on you and refuse to answer a simple question: Avoid this clinic there one of the worst in the city if not the province!
