Leslee was great! I came in nervous for my first time with Botox but she calmed me down and chatted me through the whole thing! Easy and quick!

Dr. Andrade and staff were amazing start to finish. I had breast augmentation done. I came in with two different sizes and shapes naturally and trusted Dr. Andrade’s recommendation using two different implants to balance me out. We throughly discussed my wants from surgery as well as any concerns I had. With that Dr. Andrade went through the various implant shapes and sizes to match my desired outcome. The surgery went smooth and virtually painless afterwards. My final look is beautiful. I am as close to being balanced as one can get.

This is my go to clinic for botox! The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable, it is clean and beautiful. I have never waited long for my appointment. I have only good things to say! The best place to get botox in newmarket!

Dr Andrade and his team at the York Plastic Surgery Centre deserve more that 5 stars. From my first experience of entering the centre I was warmly greeted and made to feel very comfortable.Dr Andrade is very kind DR and has excellent bedside manner. I did a lot of research before choosing YPS and I am so glad that I decided on them.All of the staff that I encountered were lovely and had time for me. Lisa was always quick to respond to my emails or calls and was so nice, I had Nurse Rose as my OR nurse and she was fantastic, she made me feel so comfortable before my surgery. Nurse Leslee followed up with my aftercare and answered all of my questions and was very kind and knowledgeable. Angelina the cosmetic surgery Manager is fantastic, she answered all of my many questions and always had time for me and helped in my decision making.The facility is beautiful too, exceptionally clean and modern.Thank you Dr Andrade and your wonderful team.

Went to see Dr Andrade for a consult last week. Front desk staff were warm and welcoming, social distancing was respected, and I was taken in on time for my appointment. After some discussion, and a thorough evaluation, Dr Andrade was honest with me regarding my expected outcomes. It was very clear that he wanted me to be happy with the results and wasn’t looking to just book in another patient. I appreciated his transparency and honesty, all character traits that are most important when choosing a surgeon. Location was convenient to get to, with free parking and the facility is state of the art. His assistant Angelina and Lisa who helped me were both very kind and professional as well.

Dr Andrade and his team were nothing short of amazing. Every step of the way, they treated me with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Dr Andrade is an extremely skilled Dr and I couldn't be happier! 10/10 would recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr. Andrade’s for the past decade but only recently started seeing Leslee for Botox and fillers. She is by far the best nurse injector I have ever had. She is so knowledgeable and comforting and I am beyond happy with my results. She took the time to answer all my questions and was nothing but reassuring when I ventured into the world of fillers and was extremely nervous. She never pressured me at any point and all of my experiences with her have been so enjoyable. I had a breast lift, with implants done with Dr. Andrade and I am super happy with the results! He is a very skilled professional, but he is also kind and considerate in answering questions and listening to your desired outcome from surgery. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure and would only go here for future procedures!
