Thank you for all the work you did in servicing my home piano. From the short excerpts you played, I could immediately tell the work done would make a huge difference. However, I was especially in awe when I finally had a chance to sit down and play it myself. Not only is the tone rounder, but the keys feel great, responsive, and there’s an evenness to them I was really impressed by. It’s been so long that I’ve been able to experience my home piano like this and my only regret is not having gotten the piano tuned sooner. So much time has passed since the last tuning (and last proper one, at that!) that I think it’s easy to forget what a piano can sound like. I’m incredibly grateful for the work you carried out because it certainly brought a life back into the piano that I forgot it had, but was clearly always there. I’m excited to sit down and play through old and new pieces alike. This was my first time having you service my piano but it will definitely not be the last! I will happily reach out for any future work and would recommend you to anyone else I know. I also appreciate your patience and time in answering my questions.
