We had lined/blackout drapes made for our large 3 door patio door in our bedroom. Gail, the owner of Inside Ideas, is quite wonderful and is extremely knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we wanted and needed and had everything laid out for us to look at to make an informed decision. The quality of the fabrics used is top notch and the construction and sewing of the drapes is impeccable. The price was very fair, as I did some research beforehand on what the costs could entail. If you have a need or want for any interior items, such as window coverings, pillows, quilts, etc. Gail is the lady to see. I would go back in a heartbeat for any future needs.

We were enthused to learn that Inside Ideas carried the Eclipse brand of shutters, but even more pleased at Gail's attention to detail when it came to measuring (laser exactness). On the day of the install -- Victoria Day Saturday -- Gail preceded Dave (her installer) where she proceeded to assemble the relevant parts like puzzle pieces for three separate rooms. And when Dave arrived, he worked through the individual challenges offered by a 1950s-era bungalow to produce a terrific final effect -- making the change from Oh" to "Wow!" We heartily recommend Gail's services for your design ideas. Small town attention with big city product availability."

Initially we were looking for a repair. Gail was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She answered all sorts of questions advising us what to do in a timely manner.
