Steve was awesome! The previous owner of my home passed away and I had no idea where the tank could be. Steve guided me over the phone to find it and came out and gave me any and all advice on tanks and how to treat them. Booked in for next service when it's due!

We used Ken's Pumping to clean out our septic today when we had an emergency backup. Steve was absolutely amazing and was here within the hour. He stayed with me until I had the clog between the tank and clean out removed. Thankful for their great service and I will always use this company. Highly recommend if you need your septic tank cleaned out.
