Be careful and do math before going to register. At first they were trying to charge $15 when lady added previous customers purchase to mine. The items I got added to $9.50 after tax. I tried to correct lady working there but after condensing response walked out paying less because her math was horrible!! Oh well!! Do not recommend, I'll be sticking to the thrift store around that have been around longer in new west.

I really enjoy shopping at thrift stores normally, but this is not one.First of all, they try to sell you literally. Anything. They are currently trying to sell a 20 pack of those free sugar packets you get at a restaurant for $1.95!!! also, they have this pretty basic older '1960's' clock in the front window for $158 freaking dollars. It's like they are trying to be an upscale consignment store without actually having any good products.Also their clothes organization makes no sense, there are seemingly no sections and nothing is labeled, also their pricing is inconsistent.They have no precautions for covid except the very basic minimum. They have a communal water jug with cups you can put your hands all over, plus the workers just wander the store touching stuff without any masks, and there are no restrictions or precautions for the change room. This is literally the only change room that I've seen during covid that has no restrictions.On top of all this the owner is very private about how much money actually goes to the SPCA and I believe that it is not a true charity shop. Very deceitful!Honestly don't bother with this place. Go 2 blocks down the street to Treasure Chest thrift store. They have great prices, well run, good finds, and they support Canada Mental health!

Some of the most rudest staff I have ever dealt with...there is definately one lady in there that should NOT be dealing with the public. I was so close to asking here what her problem was and I'm sure I wasn't the first. I will never go back there again.

Looks like they only put out clothes that are high quality and they all look ironed. Prices are great. The only complaint i would have is they need more home and bath. Thanks for the deals.

These women are almost always rude. Every time I’ve visited this store there has been some sort of incredibly rude behaviour. I’ve noticed a definite rude overtone towards non European peoples.Don’t donate here

I usually go there for some unique handcrafted home supplies that I like. Today my purchase was around $22.40. I gave the lady in cash register $40.00 and she gave me back only $13.60! Besides she was telling her co-worker I want to shoot her husband!!! This is not right. I won't come anymore here.

I really wanted to like this store because it somewhat contribute to a charity I support.Similar to a number of comments - the store is pricing used items as if they're almost new. For example, a greeting card is priced at $0.95. It costs $1.00 at the dollar store. Given the selection and pricing, where would you choose?I would suggest visiting an alternative thrift store in new west.
