This place is a total scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They never responded to me about the issues I had other than we are looking into it". They did not even attempt to recover data other than on the Desk Top. I requested the Hard Disk to be returned to me so that I could have someone else take a look at it and no one will get back to me. I asked for a 50% refund since they did do some work and have heard nothing back. I repeat do not use them!!!!!"
