Do not shop here, they do not know their products at all and will give you false information. The worker confidently gave me misinformation even when presenting her with the correct information and guaranteed me she was right.. she was not… then refused to refund the product she sold me based on lies.

extremely nice staff at this store. but beware, the products are fake. i'm convinced.i am on now my 3rd bowl i bought, these things cost $30 each. the first time, i was told that it cracked because i tried to wash it with cold water while it was hot. fine, that's my mistake.i bought the 2nd one, this time i waited 8 hours before cleaning & it still cracked.3rd piece now, and it cracked WHILE i was smoking it. this is unacceptable. i didn't even have it for up to 24 hours.that's over $90 on these bowls - at some point enough is enough. this is a $10 product that's being sold for $30. ripoff. you should start selling your glass bowls with some sort of warranty.

Amazing and quick service, went into the store before and received great service from the nice young lady that helped me, and I recently ordered some charcoal to be shipped to Edmonton, they threw in some hats a lighter and sanitizer, these guys go the extra mile!! I never even expected that! Thank you guys so much! I wish I could give 10 stars! Don’t listen to the negative reviews! These guys are AWESOME!100% recommend!Thank you again!

Love this shop, I can’t believe we have a shop like this in Calgary!! Great service and mostly importantly of course is their products, why shop online for a MOB hookah where you can go pick it up your self?
