Zero stars if I could. Ate here on December 27th, only thing I had had in nearly 12 hours and about an hour later hit with some of the worst food poisoning I've ever had. Y'all need to work on your handling of food or something because this is the second time now. Will never come back.

We were celebrating a birthday and I couldn't be more happy with the service, the price and how fresh and tasty everything was. I ordered a 6ft sub. It was beautiful and every little things was fresh and delicious. Thanks Subway McDougall Plaza. It was perfect!

the food and service are ok nothing too special i mean its subways after all you know what you're getting into lolthe atmosphere isnt terrible I stop here on the way to work now and then and the front door is so heavy! it slammed into my shoulder one day and left a mark I told the employees and he replied with yeah that happens" lol I got my sub and left."

I ordered tuna and meat (steak) yesterday. the tuna was a bad odor and taste. the meat was not cooked well and does not fresh at all. un worthy price and experience. please change the quality of your food, I tried your items before covid was good but now I throw it in the garbage. sorry for the harsh review.

The worst subway store ever visited. The owner just want to save dollars by not putting in sauces as mentioned in application. Never to visit store or the store should be shut down permanently. And subway should take this store into serious notice and it spoil the reputation of subway just because of such crazy and the owners which should not been given a franchise which holds great place for the customer. I will have gave zero star if google review system have given me. NEVER VISIT THIS STORE IF YOU WANT A GOOD SUB. NO FRANCHISE SHOULD GIVE HIM OWNERSHIP.

There was a white girl on her shift (12 april2023 )Wednesday around 11pm she was so rude when I told her to make 2 subs for us 1 was vegetarian so we decided to complete it first and then make another one which is non veg. When I told her to make 2nd one she was behaving so rude and told me that why you shouldn’t tell me this before,you wasted my time which was so disrespectful and unacceptable.

Staff is kind and nice. They responded politely. Compare to other subways, this one is having better atmosphere in terms of services.Though it's far from my home, I prefer this location more than others.
