Charged $1300 to run a simple line and do a test (to be fair i dont know what it should cost) then took it all out of my account even though i didnt have enough money for food or rent for the month. they dont care.

Very poor customer relations. Yelled and swore at my wife and said he wasn’t going to do the job. All he had to do was clean the a-coil! And if that’s not bad enough there were little children up stairs that heard everything. So my wife had to explain to the child’s grandparents when they came to pick her up cause the child was asking why the man was yelling. Used them for years but never again!! If there were minus stars would have used that.

After calling the emergency line they walked me through fixing the immediate problem over the phone. Super helpful and for no charge. I will certainly be calling them again for any further issues.
