Not impressed. They are a package pickup location for Purolator. 3 days ago I got a tag on the door saying a package was waiting, and that I had 5 business days to get it. Yesterday I went in. Most of the interaction was fine, but then they said, with a bit of a haughty tone Good thing you got it today

Very disappointing.... went in looking for a needle for my turntable. Was made to feel my equipment wasn't up to there standards.
