I just started going here and they are wonderful! Informative, happy to help and kind. I’m thankful I chose here to get help with my sleep apnea! Highly recommend!

I picked up the monitor early this week and returned it 2 days later. The receptionist was super friendly and explained the process thoroughly. My questions were answered with care and she showed me how the monitor works without the need for me to look at the detailed instructions! I'm now waiting for the Respirologist to interpret the results to see if I indeed have sleep apnea. All to say, the process was smooth and the receptionist really put me at ease. I would highly recommend OxyLife.

I snore like a tractor; I wake up gasping in the middle of the night and tired throughout the day.After a take-home test, it’s found I experience 30+ interruptions per hour, where I stop breathing for 10+ seconds each time. Scarry stuff.The original Apnea clinic I visited to start the process closed abruptly - I was back to square one.I call OxyLife. The reception was amazing - they understood the situation and followed up with my family doctor and picked up where the other place left off.The staff member Jennie was very professional. She fitted a trial mask/machine for me to use and checked in with me each week. I ask a LOT of questions - she answered them all thoroughly.I now have my own machine (picked up yesterday). My days are rested. I feel awake. I don't feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest.I can’t express how much I appreciate this team – I was dreading having to wear a mask in the beginning. But now I just think of it as I’m recovering in my very own Bacta Tank (Star Wars reference!)

The people here have helped me so much my life is better with the machine and they make sure you have everything renewed when it is time do so.

The most helpful experience. The best idea ever to visit and deal with this business establishment. The staff were so caring and amazing. The information I received Was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help with insurance and checking in with my use of the machine as everything was new to me. I highly recommend this business to anyone trying to better their health and look for reliable ways to help with sleep apnea problems.

I can't thank Oxylife enough! After just one night I could tell the difference and I wake up rested! It is truly life changing! I have already referred my husband. Everyone at Oxylife is amazing, professional and understanding! Excellent service!

Update.. I did give a positive review prior however since oxylife no longer has a respiratory therapist. I have to dowgrade my review. Thier current acting respiratory therapist " gave me terrible advice that my doctor thought was absurd. My doctor has referred me to a new clinic. My husband and brother in law also checked out oxylife

Have been having a health issue that the great staff of OxyLife Sleep Apnea in Chilliwack have been working on getting solved. Have been on the CPAP machine for close to a month now and it is getting easier to use, have been in contact with the staff from Oxylife and they are great in walking you thru changes that will help you get a better sleep............. and it's working !!! Slight adjustments have been done and the dreaded night incident number has dropped dramatically.......... thanks to the staff that know what they are doing at Oxylife........ ( sweet dreams )
