Very friendly and very good. No real wait time. Hair dresser was pleasant and listened to my requests. Didn't feel rushed and walked out with a nice cut. Price was right for what i received.

I've gone here a couple times for cuts and have had the pleasure of getting my cuts with Kate. I would highly recommend her as she is on key with her cuts and making sure that it is straight. Very easy to talk to and friendly service by her.

Recently went into Magic cuts for a hair cut. I showed the hairdresser 6 times how I wanted/expected my hair. I wanted a bob with short back and longer front. My hair didn't turn out how I wanted it but once three quarters of my hair was chopped off and she made it all one length I one wanted to cry and found it to late to complain. I personally find even though the hair dresser I had cut hair for 28yrs she just did what she wanted not even caring about the reference picture. When i did say something my response was eek to late now". I would not recommend going there. 100% unsatisfied"

I went in this morning with a mess of hair. I didn't know what to do, my hair was dead, breaking, so many colours after so many box colours and Kate turned my mess of a hair into a makeover. I know that I will never go anywhere else. I am just in love with the change and told me how to take care of my hair and just really got to know.Thank you Kate for this amazing change and experience

Renee gave me the best colour I’ve ever gotten in my life ! She is the person to see. She’s extremely attentive, friendly with wonderful charm. I went into Magicuts not knowing what I wanted - just that I needed a pick-me-up and didn’t want to lose much of my length. Kate went over a few options with me before we settled on some partial blonde highlights. Although she involved me, I trusted most of the decisions up to her, asking for her opinion on a lot of stuff. For not knowing what I wanted when I walked in, Kate did a phenomenal job at making me walk out definitely looking and feeling better. It has only been one day and I have already got so many compliments on my highlights. Thanks, Kate! I needed this!

This is my second time getting partial highlights and a hair cut with Renee and I couldn't be happier with the result! The staff are all friendly but I especially enjoyed dealing with Renee. She puts you at ease and is very friendly making you feel like you are spending time with a good friend. The end result was a professional cut and style for an excellent price!! Thanks again, Renee!!

I had came into the salon with a bad haircut from a previous salon and I had the pleasure of meeting Kate … she not only fixed my haircut she fixed my bad hair colour… she waved her magic wand and I walked out of there knowing I had finally found my new hairdresser. I have been going back ever since. Thank you Kate for the great job!

Tina was my stylist today. She was very sweet & she did an excellent job. Every time I get my haircut, it always ends up not looking how I want it to but she did it perfectly. I will definitely be coming back & recommending her to others
