WARNING TO ALL WALK IN CUSTOMERS: ALL CASH SALES ARE FINAL!!!! If you are not a large commercial business that has an account with them, they will gladly take your money but if there's an issue.....ALL CASH SALES ARE FINAL!!!! They didn't print that on their bill of sale (when they took my money) or displayed it anywhere in their store, BUT THEY DO NOW!!!!My buddy that recommended them to me got a great deal on his bearings but I on the other hand paid $179% more than I needed to So that's why, ALL CASH SALES ARE FINAL!!!!

BDI is likely the best place in Niagara to get Belts and Bearings for me. When I call the staff are always fast and friendly, most of the time the parts are in the next day first thing. Excellent service!

George and Nick are knowledgeable and always helpful - many places look for a way to say we can't help but these guys are always looking for a solution!
