Very Bad experince with the 2 empolyee trying to explain something while shouting to us with my brother. I bought a Cv Joint for my Car a year ago and Return it because it make popping sound when turning. I know they cover lifetime warranty but they refuse to accept and start shouting about the booth. Very Rude! Thanks For your Business.

I bought battery last year and i brought it back to them saying there a problem with the battery they test it saying its fine but i do have encountered the battery problem before and same thing also for there battery but they say they cant replace it because it passed on there tester.. im not gonna buy battery again to them

I had a very unhappy experience with them for both the product and the services. I bought an alternator and a battery from Piston Ring , and both of them have problem within a year . and i have to bring it back to replace it. even though they have warranty, but they have hold your protect 8 hours for some kind of test before they decide whether or not give you the replacement. in the meantime i have to pay all the extra labor because of the problem of the product. for the services part, maybe because I taking it back rather than buying a new product, the receptionists seems impatient and talk out loud to you. all in all , it end up cost lot of additional labor to me while i am not even sure if the replacement will cause any further problem.
