Linda at this Square One store was amazing! She was very joyful and helpful, both of which are important. As an added bonus, she looked absolutely lovely! I went in to get a pair of jeans and I had not used jeans easily since over 15 years. Linda helped me to select the right pair and I did not have to wait either. She was helping other customers too and she was able to take care of all of us. I am happy with my purchase and because of the experience, I will be back again to see Linda.

My friends and I visited this store to go prom dress shopping and we were immediately greeted with poor customer service from the staff members. While browsing the store and trying on dresses, we were disrespectfully spoken to despite behaving like perfectly normal customers. What made our experience even worse was that other customers of similar ages and intentions as us, with the only exception of their parents having accompanied them, were treated by the staff as anyone deserves— with respect and professionalism. Our time at Laura made my friends and I feel belittled and looked down upon.

I love Laura. I really do. But I was VERY disappointed in their customer service. I bought a purse from there after being pressured into buying it and it ripped my dress right before a party I was going to. When I went to Laura to return it one of the workers told me I couldn't return it because it was used and dirty". Then she started offending me and how responsible I was. Then she took wipes and wiped the unnoticeable "dirt" off of the bag and said we could return it. I understand she was just doing her job but the amount of attitude and disrespect shown from her disgusts me. And all she had to do was take a wipe. She ruined my Laura experience. And although there was a very nice dress I wanted to buy from there

I love shopping there, they have variety of clothing however they need to renew their patterns.Good sales representatives they are helpful.

I really never thought I’d be reviewing Laura of all places but I gotta say… If I ever need a snazzy dress and a confidence boost, I’m coming back to THIS particular Laura. Every single one of the sales associates were actual angels, super helpful, super kind… honestly, I just… Listen. Okay. We went to go see if they had anything for my niece in terms of a prom dress, and she left with one, and she’s so happy with it. We spoke to a fair amount of sales ladies there and each one was ready to assist us with anything, finding a different size, different dress but similar style, jewelry options, got the dress shipped to her place… like everyone just went so far above and beyond here. These ladies really care about their customers, you can tell. Absolutely amazing team here, keep up the amazing work.

terrible customer service, treated my friends and I with disrespect and I have never felt so ignored in my entire life! I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to be treated like absolute nothing + the dresses are mediocre and do not offer versatile sizing and authentic material; trust me :(

I had a great shopping experience, the staff was really nice and helpful and I got couple of really nice dresses.

It's show sale but still one pant more then $50 which is expensive I know they pay mall rent and employees , but the things they reduce price it should be around under $25. Because they already sold that lot , and earn profits. In that case, more people will buy like me. I have no job from many months and want to buy good stuff, but if price is good I definitely buy thanks

Sales ladies are nice they serve with a smile. Quality of materials are very good.
