I wish I could give Munir and Jessica alot more than 5 stars. I purchased 3 pair of glasses overall at 2 different times. Jessica was working alone the first time and she was amazing! seriously though, I cannot tell you how comfortable she made me feel, it was fun! I've never had fun picking out glasses before. She knew immediately what would look good and what I needed. She informed me what I needed to watch out for when choosing glasses which no one had ever done for me and I have been using glasses for just under 50 years. This woman knows her stuff! And the time she took with me? Unbelievable! She truly honored me as a customer. The next time I came in Munir was with Jessica and both of them treated me like I was royalty. They helped me pick out my other pair and once again I would have gone for the wrong style for my face. They got me the very best deal they could and even set me up to get rewards points. I will never, I mean never go to anyone else again. I call them the dynamic duo! You wont be disappointed if you visit my new optical friends.

What a fantastic experience! I was in today and Munir and Jessica took amazing care of my family . We all chose our glasses and they were super helpful with our insurance needs as well as helping us choose the right items for our lifestyle. We took advantage of a optimum point event too boot! Overall fantastic experience! They have a wide variety of frames starting at $49.00 and they were cute too! Kids deals as well.

Love coming here! Munir is awesome! The staff is friendly and helpful! Munir helped me pick a frame. Actually he just looked at my face and picked a few frames for me and I was amazed when they looked great on me! He also reminds you to use the PC Optimum points program. He works with you to get the glasses and options that fit into your budget. Would recommend this stores to anyone looking for glasses.

I was hesitant going to a small optical store. I’m happy to say I was very pleased that I did go. Munis and Jessica were great people to deal with. When I need to get glasses again I will return to this store.

I typically don't write reviews but I have honestly never had better service in my life. Aside from the 40% off deals going on while buying my glasses, I received exceptional service from the Dr. Truly helpful, truly knowledgeable, truly personable. I plan to return here every time I have any optical needs and I would urge anyone to do the same. There's a decently decently large collection of frames to look at, the prices are unbeatable, and the service was a 12/10. Thank you!Edit: a year later and I am equally as pleased with my service! Each and every person that works there is so incredibly helpful and kind, I am genuinely always so happy with everything they do! They can easily turn a stressful situation into an easy experience! I haven't gotten any opportunity to really make time to do a medical check up since I visited Canada last year, its college ups and downs and part working ups and downs. But thankfully I have been in good health. My first experience with this optical center have been remarkable and helpful.

I just bought two glasses from Dr Munir and I can honestly say this is the best glass buying experience I have ever had. Whenever they have a sale, I will drop by again whenever I need a new glasses and recommend to anyone looking for glasses. I have gone to Costco and received nothing but subpar assistance. This is how it's done.

Notice anything about the glasses below. No arms. I had the first pair fixed then paid 24.00 to have it repaired again. They fell apart and when I took them back and said they were defected Munir got his back up against the wall. He did not like me calling them defective. He gave me another frame pictured below. They FELL APART again. Never even bothered to take them back and waste my time on the SCRAP. I had recommended the optometrist to my friend and his wife and I went in with. Muniz never said to me he didn't want me back in the store so he gets on the phone and called security. I was not going to play his grade-school games so I just walked out. Phoned my friend in the store to tell them what happened and to avoid dealing with him and his store. LOST 4 pair of glasses sale in all because my friends won't go back. I had told them that THE OPTOMETRIST at the store is the BEST and drove them to the store. DO NOT SHOP AT THEODORE AND PRINGLE St. CatharinesSHOP FOR GLASSES HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Munir is an absolute gentleman!!! So very helpful, knowledgeable & patient to my family as we all need new glasses at the same time. Glasses were ready in a very timely matter and I cant say enough about the AMAZING customer service Munir provided!! Thank you again, Sir!!

I work until 5:30. I picked up my children and raced to this store to pick out a new pair of Rx sunglasses. I was recommended this place by a family member. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I arrived at 5:45 to be asked by the associate if I was just picking up. I said no, Id like to look at sunglasses, and she proceeded to explain she was closing in 15 minutes and I had to hurry up so she could leave to pick up her children. I started to look around as she hurled information at me and pressured me to hurry up". I left the store extremely frustrated and will not be back."
