Although their service department does need some improvement, this is a great dealer to purchase your VW from. I got my third VW from there and Bojan has been the best salesperson I've dealt with so far. I would recommend you request Bojan if you are looking for a new car. He is very knowledgeable about cars, was able to answer all of my questions prior to the purchase, and has helped me get my Taos quickly and hassle-free. 5/5 for the sales team.

I would walk before ever purchasing a vehicle from here. I have had absolutely NOTHING but problems with my VW Tiguan. Same issues over and over saying they are fixed each time I bring it in. Car stalling (2018) on the side of the road constant EPC light on, I’ve had my entire front carpets and dash ripped out and replaced because my mats were like a swimming pool SOAKED in water from something leaking now I have a constant musty smell in the vehicle, start stop activation is GARBAGE. Service at VW is trash. Never ever ever again

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Volkswagen's service department in Windsor .I brought my car in for a rain sensors issue and was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.I appreciate that they took my car to see the problem.But, After service they advised me that rain sensors are working in a good shape as before but in actual, rain sensors were giving me the same problem. I also told them after the service that the rain sensors are not working and giving me a particular problem every time but they just advised me that they checked it and everything is all right and have a nice day. Still rain sensors are faulty . They were not able to figure out what’s the problem was and told me there was no problem.Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Volkswagen. The company prides itself on producing high-quality cars, but in my experience, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I would caution anyone considering purchasing a Volkswagen to do their research and consider the potential service issues they may encounter in the future.

I came to Windsor from Newfoundland on vacation, to visit family. Not thinking I was going to trade my car in. Found my new vehicle here, and was treated like family.
