I have been using this Pharmacy for about 2 years now. It doesn't matter who you deal with it is always a very positive experience. Questions answered professionally and cheerfully. Pharmacists always available to speak with and they have helped with so many questions and misunderstandings that I have had about the medications that I take. Even if you have a drive a bit to get there it is so worth it!

Abusive staff. Wait weeks and weeks for prescription they do not even call. Then they call you a liar and argue about a call they claim was made more than 2 weeks ago. Liars. Go to the Oshawa Clinic Pharmacy or medicine shoppe. Called back to further abuse customers negligent in filling prescriptions. One phone call system, one chance that never even happened. AVOID!!!!

I called 5 minutes after they were closed but they still offered to take the time and get the medication ready for my young daughter. The service was amazing and I truly appreciate thier service. I could not recommend this pharmacy enough! Thank you!

Hands down the best pharmacy around town! Every time I call for something, whether they have it or not, they will take the time and effort to procure it for me. Every time I see the pharmacy, I am in awe of the state-of-the-art technology. This is a top-notch specialty compounding pharmacy for sure! Always friendly, professional but most importantly for my family and I- super knowledgable! This is why we drive from Pickering to see them! Awesome team! Thank you Custom Care!

This pharmacy has changed my life! The staff here are so kind and always go out of their way to ensure I have the best experience. Even if the medication is not covered they go out of their way to give me good prices. They always make the extra effort to call me and go above and beyond to ensure I receive my medication (free delivery is a bonus!). They make you feel welcomed and part of the family. I highly recommend this pharmacy, I know its hard to find a drug store that goes out of their way to offer the best possible customer service, they have always gone above and beyond.
