Love coming in to get my nails done with Lucinda! She’s so talented and patient. I’m pretty rough with my hand and so far I’ve never had an issue with lift or cracking. I absolutely love her work and design skills. Such a wonderful environment and everyone makes you feel so welcome.

came here for the first time for an acrylic refill but ended up getting a full set since my real nails were getting loose underneath the fake nails. I absolutely loved my experience here!! i believe i booked my appointment with sally who was very nice, honest and down to earth. she did such an amazing job, was so patient and took her time on my nails as well which i truly appreciated. since my appointment, which was 3 weeks ago almost 4 now.. they’re still on with very minimal lifting on some nails.. which honestly shocked me because i’ve never had a set of nails last me longer than 2 weeks at any other place. i’m very very impressed and happy with this salon! i’m glad i finally found a new nail place i’m actually happy and the prices are also perfect and very reasonable. thank you!!

I’ve tried both their hand and foot nail services. My first time there I got a regular mani pedi service and it was alright. I’ve had better manicures and pedicures elsewhere so I won’t be returning for that. However, I will definitely be returning for their artificial nails services. I came for their bio gel nails and have been loving them! The shape and colour of my nails are so pretty.

After 15+ years with a great aesthetician, I had to find someone new because my friend retired. Nicole at TSL Nails Spa is wonderful. Excellent service, great prices and fabulous results.

I loved this location! The lady who did my nails was so sweet, I never got a chance to get her name. The prices are amazingggg, you get such good quality work for such an affordable price. The location is gorgeous. They just opened recently and it already looks great. It will look even better after they finish setting up all their stuff too. I live in a different province but wish I lived in Ottawa so I could get my nails done here every time. Will definitely go back next time I’m in the city!

I’ve just moved to Kanata and was looking for a great salon. After having a previous negative experience, I was happy to see Lucinda’s beautiful reviews online. Her sister and her opened the shop last July and it’s clear they are talented. The salon is also clean, vibrant and in a pretty convenient location. On top of that, they know what they’re doing! I ask d for white pearl and received bio gel fill and a chrome top coat application (with extra coat). I’m thrilled with the care she took and will be going back!

TSL is the best place to get a manicure. I drive from downtown Ottawa to get my nails done by Lucinda and she always kills it. She’s able to execute every vision I have and takes the time to make sure it’s everything I pictured. Even if she doesn’t have the color I want she takes the time and effort to create something similar or find something of close match.From the second I walk through the doors I’m always welcomed with a warm Hi/hello from all the ladies that work there. They all make me feel comfortable and ensure I always have a great experience.

The waxing here is absolutely the worst I’ve experienced in my life. It didn’t work, the technician was super cheap on the wax which was cold and painful and went over the skin in all directions. they are super slow and did such a terrible job that I had to take matters in my own hands. When I asked for a discount since this is the first time I had to wax myself at a salon, the “manager” became extremely rude, was yelling and insulting. I had a panic attack after her behaviour. Save your money and time!! never go to this salon when there are way better ones in kanata with bare minimum - respectful service.Also, the response to this post is a lie that they gave 25% off they gave 10 dollars off only after causing so much trauma.

Had such a lovely experience with Lucinda and the ladies at TSL. Everyone was welcoming and kind, the space was well kept and clean, and they provided outstanding services. Looking for a place to pamper yourself? TSL is the place to go, highly recommend.
