PLEASE READ AS THIS IS AN UNDERSTANDING OF TRUSTMy Daughter and I had her 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport towed down to Quality Transmission. Prior to the tow I spoke with Jerrett on the phone and explained what it was doing. I explained it was going THUNK when putting into reverse or forward and have no power with a gas pedal and he said to bring it down for a free diagnostic.I spoke to many other people while the car was at Quality for the diagnostic and everyone said transmission and that can cost around $ 6,000 dollars.I contacted Jerrett later that day and he explained they put a new battery into the car and that was the ONLY problem.I highly recommend Quality transmission as I am sure many other shops would have taken advantage of our ignorance of transmissions.Super Happy CustomersKyra & Murray

Competence and honesty are in short supply in this time and age. And if there is one place where these attributes are guaranteed to be found, it is the Quality Transmission in SE Calgary. We are from Red Deer, 150 kms from Calgary. Three days ago, were visiting Calgary in our Dodge Caravan 2014, and our transmission broke down. It was the weekend and all was closed. We parked our vehicle and left for home in a cab. The next day, Jared (an employee there) spoke to me and gave me an estimate of $5,000 for the transmission repair. We were so woe-begone. However, the next day, he called again to tell me that the detailed inspection revealed that it was just the pipes that needed a repair, and it would cost us only $300. And they repaired it on this cost. We didn't believe our luck. Their integrity and competency is beyond reproach. I am their life time customer now and an admirer of Jared.

I’ve come to quality transmission for multiple repairs on all of my vehicles and families vehicles, they’ve always done an amazing job and gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was done correctly and in a timely manner, they’re very professional and honest, I’ve saved hundreds of dollars on repairs, I’ve been to other shops that have tried to take advantage of my lack of knowledge with vehicles but that’s never been the case here they’re very honest about what needs to be done and never overcharge, all diagnosis is done for free and you’re not obligated to fix, can not emphasize how amazing this place is if your looking to get any work done on your vehicle whether it be something simple to even transmission repairs this is definitely the place to go my choice of mechanic shop for life !!! Thank you guys for always making my vehicle repair needs easy !
