First time the hairdresser did a good job. Second time I asked for a quarter of an inch off the top and taper hoping to get a similar result as before but ended up getting 3 inches off and my hair was extremely unappealing and messy in the front. I believe the hairdresser cut in their own self interest instead of listening to what I specifically asked for.

As a busy mom I don't have much time for myself. Lisa will always go out of her way to arrange a time that works and does an amazing job with my hair! I'm very particular with my blonde and I always go home happy. I will forever follow Lisa wherever she goes because of the conversation, her amazing head massages and the results she achieves.

Lisa Marie has been doing my hair for years now and blows me away everytime. She's by far my favourite hairdresser and I've recommended her to many of my friends. She's super attentive and gives advice on what she thinks would look best with skin completion, something I really appreciate.

Lisa-Marie is honestly one of the best (and I am SUPER Picky with my hair)! Her knowledge and talent with colour are so beyond amazing, it’s hard to describe! She has taken me from blonde to brunette, to grey, to purple, blonde, and red, and my hair still remains so healthy!Her cuts are great too, and the fact that she’s always striving to do better than the norm, and stay ahead of trends is fantastic! My go to salon!! I only trust Reann with my hairs,she has colored my hair once, and cut it a few times, and I have always been happy when I leave the salon. I have VERY thick hair and it’s very hard to manage but Reann always do her magic with so much patience, I love it!! I have always been satisfied with the service. I’ve finally found my fav person to go to when it comes to hair. I highly recommend!

Xcentric hair studio is beyond amazing! The location is clean, staff are polite and it's very easy to find.I have been driving from Mississauga for years to see my stylist Lisa. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! She is absolutely beyond in terms of service, knowledge and skill. Lisa is consistently working to expand her professional portfolio and throughout the years continues to offer more and more services to broaden her scope of work.Lisa is down to earth, honest and always willing to help (especially during hair emergencies). She is easy to contact and always responds very quickly to any questions or to complete bookings. Went for a simple bang trip a few months ago. Customer service was not all that great and I wasn’t satisfied. Had to come home and fix it myself. Went there again this week and again poor customer service I think they look at how much you are spending. She ruined my bangs they are so short and they are not blendeded with the rest of my hair. I have to go to a wedding and I feel so uncomfortable.
