After the test, I waited more than a week, and I had to ask the support service to upload my online results - they appeared an hour after that.It's been more than 3 weeks since the test and I still haven't received the paper results by mail - it's very unclear why on their website they have Allow up to 10 working days for local delivery after the publication of your test results"."

My computer test was at 1:00. I came to the test at 12:55 coz of bad traffic. I wasn't allowed to enter. When I communicated with them. They refused to reschedule.I was told only in case of emergency I can only have a refund or reschedule!Very shady business. They are only after the money. Please avoid!

Last week, I had my (computer-based) GT exam on 28th March. After the exam, they immediately rush for taking my speaking test which is on the same day. Before going to speak I asked for water but the lady (Invigilator) denied it because the “examiner is ready”. The way she treated me, I never experienced in my life. especially, when the exam is very important and you spend a lot of money. I don’t know who is going to be responsible if I did not get my desirable score in speaking, the examiner or the lady. She was very rude all the time, she treated us like a prisoner or kindergarten students. I don’t know what’s the reason behind it, but it's not a joke for me to spend 325 dollars for this kind of humiliation.(Even, to post this review, I have to give them one star otherwise they don’t deserve it. I give them a negative star.

Staff are very gentil, they make the environment so confortable. (30/11/2022).

Please please please never use IDP. They are really unfair. Customer service really poor, technology poor, answer phone is really poor, management is poor. they do not support costumer in terms of the following ,responding,responsibility, and other things. They are looking for just money but you have never see any quality !!!!!!!

If could give zero stars to this school I would certainly do it. The day of the test, there was a really intimidating and rude person in charge. She also disrupted everyone by turning on a fan exactly at the moment that we started the listening task. This clearly contributed to not feeling confortable during the test and therefore it affected my grade. Please do not book your IELTS test with this school, they do not even answer emails or calls.

The centre is commutable, the intructors are professional. However, the computer based tests are for long hours and the chairs provided are pretty uncomfortable. The height of the chairs are unadjustable so it is difficult to keep up with exams. Perhaps, a paper based test is what I recommend to people. Since, these little nuances does hamper your overall performance in exam.

Such a bad service. I am experiencing delay on my online results. When I try to contact them they even don’t respond. I should not book my test with them.
